The tryout fee for 2025 will be $40. This includes tryouts for both days, and is nonrefundable whether an athlete makes a team or not.

evaluation

 

Tryouts are closed, as these are evaluations. The reps and pace will be slower so the coaches can evaluate the skill level of each athlete. Teams will be determined on similar current talent level. The goal is to limit each team to 10-12 athletes.

Tryouts are annual. There are no retention guarantees or early offers.

OFFERS

 

After the tryout process, we will post all offers on our website under the ROSTERS tab after tryouts on the 30th. If you see your bib number and name, you have received an offer to play on that team for Slinger SET. To accept or decline the offer, click on the ACCEPT OR DECLINE button and fill out the required information. PLEASE MAKE YOUR DECISION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO EXPEDITE THE TRYOUT PROCESS.

After we receive your response with your acceptance, we will change your name to RED on the website as soon as possible. If you decline, your name will be removed from the website and another player will be selected and added to the roster. 

​

If you accept the offer, you will receive an email the following week with an attachment that will include instructions of what to do next. It will also include the season fees, our mandatory parent/player meeting, the coach's information, and more.
